Overview of ManyTricks Desktop Curtain
It's a simple program that helps you focus on the task at hand by hiding the clutter on your desktop. It's ideal for teachers, presenters, authors, developers, and anybody else who despises clutter and needs clear background images for screenshots.
It allows you to set images via drag-and-drop or the usual file dialogue, and it remembers your ten most recently used photos. You may also choose whether the image floats at a certain "level" (and hence how much space it covers) and if it affects all monitors or just one.
To completely concentrate your focus, you can use this program to focus just on the frontmost application - or even the frontmost window. It also has three settings, including one completely invisible, ideal for folks who like to snap screenshots.
