freeware links question

hi everyone. I have a question about freeware links. Its probably a dumb question, but I am unsure what to do, so I thought I would ask. Thanks.
Lets say I have a link to a site that offers a windows app that is totally free.
Should that be posted in the windows apps section? or a freeware section? If its freeware, its technically not 'warez'.

At this time, I dont think there is a freeware section. Also, this would allow the 'windows apps' section to only contain warez with legit freeware contained in its own section.
